The jaw crusher is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, eccentric shaft, connecting rod, thrust plate and frame.

The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, so that the movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating motion.
The materials in the process are crushed by squeezing, splitting and bending. When the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the crushed materials are discharged through the discharge port under the action of gravity.

After the material enters the ball mill, it is ground with the steel balls inside it and the ground material is discharged from the outlet.
